Your First Visit
At your first visit, we will ask you to fill out a Medical Form, as well as a New Patient Form. This will help us create an appropriate plan tailored for your needs. We also ask if you are on medications to bring in an updated medication list for your custom patient chart.
During the appointment, our staff will get to know you and review your past medical and dental histories in order to provide you with the proper dental care. We will complete a full oral exam, as well as, a full scope of digital X-rays in order to help determine your dental.

What will happen during my first visit?
During your first appointment, we will:
Review your oral care history, including any issues you have regarding your dental health.
Perform a complete oral exam including x-rays and a scan to assess anything that cannot be seen with the naked eye
Create a comprehensive and personalized dental health plan
How long will my first appointment take?
Your first appointment will take approximately 70 minutes. This will allow us to conduct a thorough review, and create a plan to meet your dental needs.
